Default 1990 S-10 Blazer no computers

I am curious if it is possible to remove all the computers in the S-10 Blazer? I am currently looking at redoing my blazer dash with new gauges and custom dashboard. I would like to make this truck a lot more simple in how it runs and operates. I also am planning on remove all the power locks/windows. I want to build a rugged and reliable truck that can go the distance and last in the long run. It has the 4.3L engine and I just got the 4x4 working to the best of my knowledge.
