Default 4.3 "W" How to re-seal injector system

I like many have been having idling issues ect with my 94 4.3 W cortec engine in my blazer. It started with low idle stalling and just got worse. Now it will not even stay running.

Things I have tried: new plugs & wires, checking vac line (they have been ****ed anyways) Fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, removing EGR cleaning and checking for it being stuck seemed to be just fine even the screen, Idle air control valve and so forth.

The last thing I tried was the regulator, I thought it may be the fuel pump but I hear it engage. Before removing the upper intake i took a look at my plugs. The middle plug on the passenger side of the engine dumped half a cup or so of gas out when i took it out. So it is obviously getting fuel, no other cylinder seemed to have gas pour out, so I figure I must have a leak somewhere, or possibly on that poppet line? I cannot find a seal kit that seems to be fore the injector lines.

The regulator did nothing to fix the problem, when the engine tries to turn over it just sticks like its totally flooded. When i remoxed the upper intake mani, the driver side had some oil residue but the other side seemed clean, also the injector and housing etc in the middle were wet and seemed to have gas etc on them which does not seem correct. It also backfires spitting out the intake if it does try to crank like its just way to much fuel.

I am sick of dealing with it and assume the injector ports need rebuilt or re sealed but I just wanna take it somewhere and have then run a fuel pressure text etc but I dont wanna get screwed over.

Any advice???

You would be better off just getting new injectors. I have not heard of them being resealed ect.

Have you done fuel leak down tests, the info on how to do that can be found with a search on the forum.
But if you pulled off the intake plenum and there was raw fuel sitting on the intake, it does sound like your injector is bad.

If you do happen to find somewhere that will fix the injector, more power to ya, but it will cost about the same for a new one. Delco or Delphi, Dont cheap out on the injector.

Default thanks

Rich, ive heard of the six poppit lines or whatever going bad and or their seals, i have no pressure testing equipment is this a test I can do visually or what? The wire harness etc on the injector in the middle was wet which seemed odd. The injector is over 200 dollars. Is there any way to test spider injector?

You can rent fuel pressure testers from a parts store (orielly, napa ect)
Visually wont cut it for testing it.
You can get an injector from amazon for about 250
Amazon.com: Delphi FJ10453 Fuel Injector: Automotive Amazon.com: Delphi FJ10453 Fuel Injector: Automotive
if that is indeed what needs to be replaced, but I have yet to find a rebuild kit for these.
