Default 93 s10 blazer rough idle issue?

Ok. I just got the truck. Had no idle issues t hst I noticed when I got it. I changed the oil. Flushed radiator. Removed air intake housing and cleaned the throttle body with cleaner. Reinstalled everything correctly. The rough idle started after all of this. Doesn't run rough when driving it or stop at a light for a short amount of time, at least it isn't noticeable. If I park the rough idle begins and continues. Not hard but noticeable. I also replaced the air temp inlet sensor? If my wording is correct, in between air filter and throttle body. Any ideas of what could be causing this???

i remember these years having issues with the idle if the temp sensors for the computer go out. so it will basically tell your computer that its -40 outside and dumps extra gas to make up for it. but without a scanner theres no way to tell
