Cranking but no start

Test it, key in the on position, engine off. It will prime the pump and get it up to pressure. Check that initial pressure and it should be 60-62 +/- a couple PSI and should remain at or above 55psi for 5 minutes
Thanks for the advice on that. Makes sense to test it without cranking. I think the throttle position sensor was disabling the injectors. The throttle position sensor was broken and the ECU thought the throttle was wide open. When you try to start any car with the throttle wide open, they usually just crank and do not start. That was my situation here. I'm glad I fixed it. Now time to redo the hoses on the oil filter relocation and cooler and new fuel parts just in case.
