Default Got spark-Got fuel-No start

I'm new to the forum but i have a 94 chevy blazer with a 4.3 vortec vin W that is nothing but problems. It started out where it would start fine and run alright but not great. When i turned it off it would not wont to start back. After waiting awile it would crank up, untill yesterday when i stoped to get gas. I waited awile still would not start so i pushed it to the side, and came back in the morning still no start. I have check the fuel preasure and it sits at 60 psi and with the key off it drops to around 57 psi and stays there. I am get spark to the plugs. I then poped the pleneum of to check the spider injector, no visible wash or leaks. Poped one of the jets out and it's sprays. Any help would be great, I just dont know.

will it run if you spray starting fluid in it?..If it does you have a bad fuel pump..i just did one on my buddy's blazer did the same thing as yours and was showing 61 psi with the gauge hooked up..made no sense but thats what it was.

Only 3 things needed for an engine to start - spark, fuel, and air. You are gettting air, so you're not getting enough spark or enough fuel.

So i was able to work on it again and tried starting fluid and it did crank. Now how am i able to find out what is could be (pump, regulator or the injector)

Well i replaced the fuel preasure regulator, and got it to start. It runs just about how it was before it died. It is still doing the thing were it runs and stays running but when i turn it off i have to wait awhile to start it back up. Could this be from vapor lock

If it's not wanting to start when the engine is hot, take the ignition control module (ICM) to AutoZone or O'Reilly and have it tested. Make sure they test it several times to get it hot because that is when they fail.

if it started on starting fluid and there were no leaks its most likely the fuel pump is bad..this is a way to common problem with these trucks
