Default HID lights or another for brighter headlights

I have been looking for HID conversion kit for my blazer 94 s10 blazer and i am not having much luck or from what i can tell. Has anyone done this to a 94 or at least a 1st generation blazer. i just want to make my headlights brighter.
If you have any other suggestions to make my headlights brighter please share.
Share what you have done to if they improved your headlight brightness too.
I have low budget so keep that in mind too.
Leds or HIDs?
Say anything that i can buy or do to make my headlights brighter(but still legal to drive on highways and such)

Look into H4 7x6 conversion housings. Add in some decent halogen bulbs, and maybe a relay harness, which helps. Stock sealed beams are horrible. Unless you want to spend some $$$ and do it right, HID's isn't going to happen. Technically still illegal too. Here's mine which runs ~$500, more than I paid for the truck.

Than I added HID into the housing.

Light brightness is measured in Lumens and HID Bulbs are in Kelvin. For the most lumens around 4300K is the brightest in terms of lumens. Which is white. As you change color you change the lumens and blue has less lumens than white. If you like the look of blue that is fine. If you want the most light stick to around 4300K. This is what most OEM use. HID Extra brightest light is 5000k (Factory White)
