If there`s water/ anti freeze on the plug chances are you have a leaking head gasket. Hard to tell on the other plugs. Black soot sometimes means to much air, They looked old, rusty on the outside. If you can do the work yourself it wouldn't be that hard and the truck should run a lot better. Ask questions on the board and many people will help. Good luck

For more info on the water, look at the OP's other post. This post really is meaningless.

It could be the water from that, yes.
The next steps for me are to locate those fuses so I can disable fuel and spark, and then go from there on the nut kit. This video shows my progress, for when its time to turn the engine over.

I was always told, if I do not have anything nice to say, just dont say anything at all. So that being said.
Good luck.

Well, without spending all night on it.. trying to get closer to the plugs. Please excuse the cat hair.
And that ultra nasty one is going in my collection of unique automotive failures I have had over the years.

The ultra nasty one is not good at all. Oil getting in there somehow

Must locate and disable specific ignition and fuel fuses
Hello all. 1993 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer Tahoe LT. At a point in my repair where I need to find, identify, and remove the fuses that will:
1. Stop the coil from receiving power, and sparking.
2. Stop the fuel pump from sending fuel.
When I do this, I can proceed to the next step in my repair. I need to go ahead and replace Nut Kit (my next search,) and will do a compression check while I am at it. Please search my threads for my plugs to be read, etc.
Can anyone help me identify and find these fuses?
Thank you.

Why not just disconnect the battery?
