My son bought me a new cool ****(i guess thats what you'd call it)to go on my auto shift lever on my '87 blazer.Problem is i can't seem to get the old one off.I don't see a set screw,or i can't screw it off.Anybody know how this thing comes off?

 

Its press-fitted on so its gonna be tough
