Need help.. Put in new fuel filter already... I am not getting a steady stream of gas out of injector, just little spits and drops of gas... I have had the injector out and it doesnt appear to be clogged, but I am no pro..

Things I do know are fuel pump does appear to be working (I can hear it), the gas tank is leaking, appears to be in the seam. Fuel is getting to the injector, but I am not sure if its enough pressure for the system..

How do I check for fuel pressure??


Also tranny is bad, it currently has the five speed in it.. So my question is what trannys will go in with no problems.

I was looking at making this my trail truck but if its going to cost me an arm and a leg I not s sure.. Truck ran great when parked after tranny went out. But now that I want to do something with it I am having problems, go figure!!!

I was thinking a weak fuel pump!? Any thoughts?? Anyone?
