my lights wont turn on when i open either the glass or the whole gate, they still work with all the doors and everything...im not sure where the button is for it or what trips it but would like to replace it...thanks

This is just a thought... Many people may still be busy with their families given the holiday season. I know this applies to me. As such, replies may not flow as quickly as they usually do. Also, it is a bit much to bump a thread after just over 14 hours. It really is not necessary to bump a thread until it has fallen off of the first page of the forum section it is in.

About your problem... Do you have the liftgate (whole gate goes up) or glass up, tailgate down? It really does not matter that much as the sensors are part of the respective latches.
