Default 01 blazer REV gauge prolem need HELP

hi guys just wondering if you guys can help me. when i turn the key twice the rev gauge jumps up, and when you actually start it and moving, the rev gauge is not normal as usual going up and down to fast. any ideas whats wrong??

Btw when i did turn the key there was no power but turned it off and on an sudden there was power but then it sounded like it was gonna turn off it only happened once today. Does this happened when you dont drive the car often?

hope you guys understand what im talking about

thanks guys

The no power symptom sounds like an ignition switch issue.
