The glass hatch seems to not want to open when I hit the clicker or the button on the dash. I can hear the motor in the tailgate trying to open but it doesn't release the window. I was wondering if this is a possible fuse problem or if the actuator is gone. If someone can tell me the fuse for the actuator (looked and failed to find..) or how to open the glass and lower the tailgate since its closed would be extremely appreciated. (Question answered.)

Also, umm... what is the button on the back tailgate for? Is it to open the hatch? It hasn't worked since I bought the vehicle a while back and never thought anything of it..

The second problem is that when I am driving there is a low/deep err(ing) sound coming from the driver side from under the hood. Seems to happen most noticeably when I am at low rpm's (around 1200) or so and around 15mph such as going up a hill in school zones. Wondering what could be causing the noise.
