Default 1997 chev blazer LT runs horribly

okay, so i am having major issues with my 1997 chevy blazer LT. so me and my buddy have done some work to figure out why it takes forever to start. it cranks for about 4-10 seconds even when its warmed up. the wierd thing is that i went on a trip to illinois for 2 days it sat in the cold and i didnt touch it. i came home expecting it to take forever to start, and it fired right up. i just dont get it. that is only the start of my problems. right now it is currently still taking forever to start and when it does start up it idles really rough and stays that way. my service engine soon light would appear randomly. so i took it up to auto zone and hooked up the scanner to it. an it said random misfire i forgot what the code was for it...i think it was like p3200 or something like that. the guy there said that i should do a tune up on it. we changed my oil and fuel filter and also put new plugs in it. it really did not help. my service engine soon light still comes on. so we checked fuel pressure and it was at like 62 psi and that is normal right? im just really stumped about this. please if anyone has any ideas please post them!! thank you.

If its a P0302, the your Number 2 piston is missfiring.

AC Delco plugs, psend the $5-$6 each.
New plug wires, not the cheapies.
New distributor cap and rotor.
I would do the plugs, cap and rotor first. Then if its still asting up change the wires.

Change your PVC and air filter while your at it.

Did your fuel pressure stay at 62 or did it drop? Also, how fast did it drop?

How could the gauge come loose? The fuel gauge is supposed to thread onto the Schraeder valve on the fuel rail.

Since it's a '97 you might also consider that the fuel pressure regulator could be faulty and or the fuel pump is weak. Normal pressure with key on, not started, is 60 psi (needed to start). The pressure should remain fairly constant with key on. If the pressure bleeds off quickly, you could have bad FPR, leaking injector(s), bad spider.

The fuel pressure with engine running should be in the 50'ish range.

Also, keep an eye on the intake manifold gaskets for coolant leaks. GM's are notorious for IMG's going bad and a '97 is at just the right age for failure. I did my '96 this past summer.
