Default yet another vibration

Hey guys I need some advice. I have a 2001 4 door 4 wheel drive 4.3l. The truck has 75000 miles on it and is in over all good condition. I bought it from a friend going overseas for 3500.00. Not long after I bought it the transmission went out so I had it rebuilt with a shift kit. The tires are brand new and have been balanced 3 times now. Mt problem is that at about 45-50 and 60-65 MPH I get a bad vibration felt all over the truck. Took it back to the transmission shop and was told the cat. converter was stoped up. So I took it to the dealer who replaced the cat under warranty and then had a flowmaster 40 put on. I told the dealer about my vibration and he checked all the u-joints and said they were good. The tires are brand new and in balance with the right air pressure. I am just wandering if something could be faulty with newly rebuilt transmission or if it could be anything I havent checked. The vibration occurs either on the gas or off the gas and around the same speeds. It also doesnt seen to be as bad whe the truck is cold. Oh front end is tight brakes are good. Any ideas or should I just take it back to transmission shop?

have them road forced balanced, and tell them to look for the heaavy part of the rim and tire, casue sometimes they arre in the same place, so no matter how much you try to blanace them they will be off, (it means basicly they have to break the bead on the tire and rotate it 180 degrees to the rim(rim dont move))

haha infact i just had a set of tires that did that today, guy said he felt vibrations at similar speeds, could be a conidience, or mabei ts not idk lol

Check your engine mounts...one of those could cause a lot of vibration
