4.3 CSEFI unit problem
I took the fuel lines off the top of CSEFI fuel meter of my 4.3 in a 98 S10 blazer. Now I have the following pieces and don't have a clue what order they go or whether they belong on the supply or return line side before the lines are inserted. The loose parts are: 1-yellow o-ring, 1- black o-ring, 1-sst ring and 1-plastic sleeve. In looking at the fuel meter body in the return (smaller) line side I can see a similar plastic sleeve at the top and a yellow o-ring below it. Do all the above mentioned loose parts go in the supply (larger) line side and if so in what order from the bottom up? Is there supposed to be anything above the plastic sleeve on the return line side? My haynes manual doesn't give any help so thanks for any help you can offer.

RE: 4.3 CSEFI unit problem
Thanks drkmelvin, but the referenced link is for a different EFI system. Anyone have a exploded view or diagram of the CSEFI fuel line to fuel meter body at the top of the upper plenum on a 4.3 98 S10 blazer.

RE: 4.3 CSEFI unit problem
I just looked through the 2 books I have and my account on AllDataDIY.com and couldn't find any reference to the parts that you are describing, nor could I find an exploded view of the lines themselves. I think that your best bet would be to get friendly with the parts department at your local dealership to see if they can get that for you... Sorry...

I have a 98 blazer with csefi. I recently removed the fuel lines and the black "o" ring goes in hole first, then the ss washer, then the yellow "o" ring, then the black plastic sleeve. The two lines are a different size so it's easy toinstall seals correctly.

I believe what you're looking at is the smaller opening which still has the "O" rings in the hole. The larger opening is empty of "O" rings because the seals came out on the large side when you pulled the lines out.The loose parts youhave are the "O" rings to put back in the large hole. Put the "O" rings backin the order I stated in myearlier reply. Hope this info helps.
