4X4 i need help!!!

Default 4X4 i need help!!!

Replaced vacumn switch encoder motor checked actuator and everything is fine the cord is not seized up i start car press 4hi or 4lo and the light flashes then goes back to 2hi when you press the button you can hear the tccm in the passenger side kick panel click. Can anyone help me???

Try a tccm relearn, pull the tccm fuse from under the dash for 30 minutes, replace and try again.
Are you sure there are you sure there are no vac leaks?

No vacumn leaks put a vacumn pump on the actuator just to make sure and the tccm clicks and light just flashes i have reseted the fuse. same problem

Yes i did it flashed three times which that code said replace the encoder motor so i did and still the same problem.

I would keep trying several more times, just to build up enough faults in the TCCM that it might give you more codes if you run the diagnostic one more time. If nothing comes up in the diagnostic, then it might be a bad sensor at the front diff. (the one that tells the TCCM if the axle shafts are joined).

How much is that sensor and i was thinking it might be the tccm because you can hear a click directly from the tccm and i havent replaced it yet.

Bad TCCM will be a DTC 4. See if you get that before replacing the TCCM. If you don't get any more faults with the diagnostic test, I would then try replacing the sensor. No idea how much it is.
