Help us help you. What other tests have you done to the fuel pump and its wiring?

Yes, and have you tested for power at the actual pump connection?

If you poke around under the hood on the drivers side near the fire wall in the area under where the vacuum ball is located you should find a RED wire with a quick connect electrical fitting all by it's lonesome (not connected to anything). This wire is a direct connection to the fuel pump. I've put a spade connector in the fitting and put 12V direct to the pump to test if the pump is working (you should be able to hear the pump spin up, or have someone else listen for it). That'll tell you if the pump is working and that you don't have a broken wire to the pump.

Powering up the pump from here is also very convenient if you have to drain a fuel tank. Disconnect the fuel delivery line from the pump, put a rubber hose on the pump fitting and pump the fuel into a collection tank. I did my fuel pump replacement this way with a full tank of gas and pumped my tank dry in about 15 minutes.

Good luck with figuring out your problem.
