Default Blazer Won't Start

Ok, I have a 95 Blazer engine code W, It won't start in the cold, has new Delphi Fuel Pump, Fuel Filter and Pressure Regulator. New Ignition switch, has bright blue spark, 130+psi compression in all cylinders, plugs only have 3000 miles on them distributer and rotor are clean and dry. Tried removing cat thinking it was plugged still no start. Tried either, carb cleaner and still no start, any help would be great.

Sounds like you have spark, but have you verified that it is timed properly?

Default timed correctly

Cannot adjust the timing via the distributer, what else could it be. I am possibly thinking the ignition control module. That is the only thing I can possibly think of. I just don't have the money to be throwing parts at it. It started everyday this week until yesterday now it won't start at all.

Thanks for telling me something I already know... Not being able to adjust it and checking to ensure that something hasn't happened to change base timing are two ENTIRELY different things. Do not be so quick to dismiss it.

Check the timing. Test the ICM and coil. By all means, DO NOT buy anything until you have confirmed that it is the problem or at least a problem.

Default found fix

I took the ECM out from under the hood and brought it inside to warm up to room temperature. Threw it back in the car and she started right up, I threw it in the freezer then no start let warm up to room temp again starts right up so i believe I have found the problem probably a solder connection on the board. So I found a guy on ebay who lives about an hour away called Spareecm, he has a few in stock and will flash them with my VIN for 89.95. Thanks for all the help thanks.
