97 Blazer(S10) rear wiper problems

danyboy has a little shameless behavior in the past
Default 97 Blazer(S10) rear wiper problems
Took it out, cleaned and greased moving parts in the housing and put it back together. Now, will work when switch is OFF, won't when ON and when the engine is off it will ! Could it be the little circuit board in the housing ?
