It seems to be because the engine cranks just fine and all componants on the dash and radio are working fine also.

Keep us posted. Sure sounds like something didn't get a good connection.

Did you happen to disconnect and move the PCM out of the way?...........hmmm, maybe a poor connection there.

UPDATE: There is no output from the Coil. Does anyone know of a way to test the coil or know what voltage is suppose to be present on the wire harnessthat are going into the coil? Thanks

[ol]Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
Measure the coil ignition1 voltage with a DMM connected to a ground. [/ol]
Does the voltage measure above the specified value?

10.0V

[ol]Probe the IC timing control circuit with a DMM set to the AC scale connected to a ground.
Crank the engine.
Observe the voltage while the engine is being cranked. [/ol]
Does the voltage measure within the specified values?

1.0-4.0V
Sorry I don't have time for more detail at the moment.
Do you have a manual of some sort?

This does not have any voltage present..........and all fuses (that i can find) are good
