Red face Blowing Cold Air after it's Warmed up

This past summer, my A/C wanted to blow hot air and now this winter, my heater wants to blow cold air. I did replace my electronic actuator that sits on top of the blower in the dash back in June. I sounds like my actuator is bad again?

Thanks
E

Are both of your heater core hoses the same temperature under the hood? It is possible that your heater core has become plugged or otherwise restricted and is in need of being flushed.
