Default Replace the junction block battery cable to fuse box

I just replaced both my positive and negative battery cables with Delco cables. My Blazer is rust free from Florida, however the 175 amp fuse junction block under the battery tray was totally corroded where the battery cable was attached. The other side of the fuse was worse!
So I need to replace the fuse junction block and the battery cable that goes from the junction block 175 amp fuse across the front of the Blazer to the fuse block.
I am surprised I did not see more on this subject searching the forum.

This cable passes through the front area of the Blazer.
Is this easy to access by just removing the radiator cover or does it get more involved?

I need to replace the 175 amp fuse junction block also. It seems that this must be a dealer only item.
