Default semi keyless entry?

whats up? i have a 97 blazer with original key fob, and i cannot unlock the passenger with the key fob however it will lock the door but the unlock button doesnt unlock the passenger door and i cannot use my power locks to unlock the door either i have to use a key or just slide the lock to open to let other people in my truck, any ideas? i tried to re-program the fob but that didnt seem to work i did the following steps, (closed the doors, put ley in ignition, held unlock on fob, cycled on,off,on,off, and then releaesed fob nothing happend), and stilll doesnt work! Could it be a bad relay, and does anyone know where the realys for this are or have a relay diagram. Thanks it will make my gf happy!!

This might pertain to yours, but with my 2000, if you hit the button once, it only unlocks the drivers door. Hit it twice, and it unlocks all the doors.

As weird as it sounds it may be that battery in the fob. Mine was unlocking the drivers door fine but I would have to push it like a hundred times for it to open all the other doors. Changed the battery and it works first push.

It actually sounds more like the solenoid is not unlocking the door itself as it does it even when the unlock button is pushed inside the truck. That would rule out a FOB problem. You will likely have to pull the door panel and then pull the connector on the solenoid that is attached to the latch mechanism. The polarity at the solenoid should switch depending on whether lock or unlock is requested.
