Died while driving..
My wife drives a 2000 Blazer. She was driving on a trip to see her family and 115 miles away from home the truck started to lose power, dropped to 35mph, then finally died. She tried to restart but it wouldn't. I drove there and the truck just turns over and won't start. Any suggestions before I have to waste 360.00 on a tow home...

RE: Died while driving..
Sounds like a fuel problem, my guess is that the fuel pump went out. But there are things you can check, make sure all your fuses are good yet, you can see if you have fuel pressure by pushing with a pen or tire pressure guage on the schrader valve on the backside of the engine on the fuel rail (called the fuel test port). Otherwise not sure what else to tell you. Hopefully swartlkk or someone else can think of something else that it might be. Otherwise, get someone with a truck to get a Uhaul car dolly and go pick it up, it will be a little cheaper than having it towed (like 40 dollars for the rental plus gas cost)
Here is a picture of where the fuel test port is that I mentioned above
