Default figuring out which rusted lines needing replacement

I have a 2003 Chevy Blazer. Above the drive side rear wheel I have 2 lines. Both rusting. The one I figured was the brake line. The other a fuel line? Could it be going to the EVAP canister? Any real diagrams out there?

The other pipe I figured to be a Vapor Emission pipe. I think. The dealer quoted me $181 for the part. That much for that pipe? Is there a cheaper way of doing this?

I replaced both those lines. Probably got the pipes from rockauto.com. Don't remember for sure but definitely didn't get them from the dealership. It's pretty tight reaching the connections on top the fuel tank.
