Cool How do I adjust headlights in my '98 Blazer

Just bought our second Blazer , a '98 4dr with 96K, it actually replaced a '95 I drove into an orchard @ 50 mph last month.
Looking for some sort of guidance as to where to adjust headlights to.
I can put the car in my 30' deep shop & aim towards the door.
Is there a general rule of thumb staring reference so to speak as to how far back from wall as to how high up the beam should hit from there ?
Any input is appreciated, B
