hey ive searched the site using the handy search function and found the 2 very nice shackle diy's however im having one heck of a time getting the rusted shackle bolts out. i used the oxy torch to take the nuts off... came off with a little grunting involved but none the less came off. i cant get an air hammer in to pound them out due to space. i havnt tried yet, but wondering if using my impact gun on the bolts would break them loose or just wreck the bushings.

also a thought to those who have not put shackles on put anti seize on the bolts before putting them in the bushings that way they will come out...

im not trying to irritate by reposting on this topic. i have seen shackle questions come up alot.
