Change the oil. Drive it like normal for a day or so and then change it again.

With the drain plug out pour in a couple of quarts of oil to try to flush as much of the coolant out as you can. As swartlkk said change the oil & don't forget the filter. I would suggest changing it after a day of driving also but I would also suggest changing it again after a week or 2.

My son's car was loosing coolant very slowly and we could not find the leak. I sent an oil sample off for analysis. It only had 5% coolant in it but it was already causing excessive wear on the bearings from the amount of metals in the oil as reported on the analysis. The amount of coolant in the oil was so small that you could not see any froth or any other sign of coolant in the oil. So you can imagine what kind of damage a higher percentage of coolant in the oil can do. His car had a very small crack in the head.
