Default Odd Problem?

Anyone have any idea what would cause me to have the following issue? I have been chasing a rough idle for some time and have changed just about every sensor on the unit. I noticed the other day that the truck was idling rough at a stop light and when I look at the RPM, I noticed the digital display was "flickering" in intensity on both the gear selector indicator and the odometer. Any thoughts on what could cause this to be happening?

Thanks

My cluster was doing this a while back. Took a few of the grounds off, sanded and cleaned them up. After that everything was fine.
