Ok I have a 98 blazer 2 wheel drive 18 gal tank. Went to start it to day and engine turns over fine but no crank. I sprayed starter fluid in the throttle body and she fires up. So I think it's the relay switch with the horn and horn works so not the relay. Got to be the fuel pump, undo the fuel line from the filter and turn on the key no fuel.So I think it's the fuel pump, run down the the parts store buy one and pop it in. Try to start her again no go. Oh yea 154000 on the dash.
