Proper ABS Bleeding procedure

Proper ABS Bleeding procedure
Hey everyone. I have been having problems stopping this truck. It just seems to take a longer distance to do so. I have to press the pedal down to 1/2" above the gas pedal at idle to get any braking action and it just stops there. There is little resistance before that level. Sometimes on initial startup, the pedal goes flush with the gas pedal and then improves on the next application. I have had the master cylinder, all 4 calipers, 1 brake hose (driver side front. All others are fine), and all pads replaced. The braking system has been flushed and bled several times. The brake booster and lines are known to be in good working order. The rotors are fairly new if not new. I found out that the only real cause could be air trapped in the ABS block that is not coming out through normal bleeding. What is the correct bleeding procedure for an ABS equipped vehicle? How do I get the air out of the ABS block? This truck has the 4WAL Kelsey-Hayes ABS unit. What is so funny is that no mechanic (or even the dealership) told me that there is a different procedure for ABS equipped trucks. They even told me flat out that there is no difference even when asked! I feel like I am going to have to do all these repairs myself from now on. Is it easy enough? Thanks
