Default Oil leak around rear of engine, what could it be?

I'm in the process of selling my truck but today noticed a bit of oil on the ground. Had a look underneath and it looks like it coming from the rear under part of the engine. There is a pan under the truck back from the engine, so does not look like the belly pan of the engine itself so not sure what it is but has oil leaking around the area and leaking onto the exhaust pipe. Could this be a seal between the engine and transmission? Going to take what pictures I can.

Isn't trans. fluid more red. This looks more like oil. I am down on oil which would explain a leak and I had check the trans. fluid as well. Will do another check tomorrow to see if it's oil for sure or trans. fluid

It looks like there is transmission fluid on the heads of some of the bolts on the trans pan... Also looks like there may be some oil dripping out of the torque converter dust shield.

Try snugging up the pan bolts on both the trans and engine just might have a loose one
