Default Turn Signal voltage drop

Hey guys. I've noticed something about my truck that I've never experienced before. When i use my turn signals, my voltmeter drops from 14.1 to 13.8 with the signal. So its fluctuating every half second. My dad said it may be a light out, but every car I've been in, it just speeds up the signal.

Any help is appreciated.

it sounds like it might be the beginning of your alternator going. does the voltage drop when you use any other electrical component? also when you hit the gas does the meter jump up? if so these are signs that your alternator is starting to go bad.

x2 on the alternator comment. Sounds like the internal voltage regulator isn't keeping up with the load.

No, I've only noticed it with the signals. I have tried a couple of load test myself to see with air on full, all lights, wipers, stereo, and brakes. The only time it drops is with the signals or four-ways. When at idle the voltage drops but, comes back up a few seconds later. The only other time I notice it, is at idle and i have the head units sub-woofer setting up. If the setting is at 0, its fine.
