Default Why is the weather inside my Blazer?

well i noticed in the winter my blazer has been sitting for a while and in the winter the outside was freezing but the inside gailed A LOT of moisture and all the windows on the inside had frozen water on them and above the head liner is covered in droplets and it is like this pretty much all the time now. The owner previous to me, might have drilled a hole to put aftermarket fog lights in and never grommeted it would that be the problem?

Holy crap! I've never seen that before set aside from actually spraying water inside the blazer. I had a similar porblem but not THAT similar. I had snow blow inside on my driver's seat. Found out that my door needed adjusted and the weatherstrips needed replaced. How water (or snow) got onto the windshield, I have no idea. Does it look like it comes in from the front defroster? Sorry that I'm not much help to ya. But check your door hinges anyways just to be sure.

yeah, you defanatly got a leak somewhere. its getting on your windsheild 'cause its trying to evaporate through it. my suggeation is to run water over the top and see if you can see where its coming in. damn thats a lot of water!

so i went to the body shop just down the road and he said that is could be the corner windows or w/e they are called(the rear side windows on the back of the blazer). He said they tend to leak, but then again it could be anything...

This used to be a fairly common problem when I was at school. I went to MTU located in the top tip of Michigans Upper Pennesula (250+ in of snow a year). What would happen is when you stepped in the car you would drag in snow. When you went for a long trip and the car heated up that all turns to moisture in the air. Then you would turn the car off and it would fog the windsheild as the outside cooled faster than the inside. (this is when a credit card is the only thing that will work to scrape the window). The way to beat it is to leave your windows cracked. That way the air inside the car cools as fast as the air outside. The the moisture just freezes in your floormats instead of on the windows. Hope this helps.
