Default Wont start after replacing camshaft sensor...

Hello everyone! The other day getting ready to take my boat on a fishing trip i changed the plugs and an o2 sensor as the guy at autozone told me these were the codes it brought up. He also said that the camshaft sensor was showing as bad but that the other two could be causing it...so after changing those and no difference in performance i decided to go ahead and try the camshaft sensor. I thought it was a fairly straight forward process, just a few screws to remove the distributor cap and the rotor and the senor was just under a rotating metal piece. I had been having some problems mostly with it running very rich and stalling out or idling rough especially when i would first start it. Dont even wanna talk about the hell I'd been having backing down boat ramps with it stalling constantly. It turns over but it sounds terrible almost like it wants to back fire and white smoke comes out from where the air intake connects to the motor. There is also a small hose on the back of the motor on the top near the distributor that keeps blowing off when i try to turn it over. Ive put a new clamp and it now stays on but it didnt make any difference. It runs up to the vacuum resovoir ball. Im not the most mechanically inclined so you might have to break some things down barney style as i dont know what everything is called and learn as i go but i am relatively smart and usually pretty good at figuring things out and following directions lol also so far have double checked the spark plugs are wired correctly. Thanks for any help!

You need to check if your getting fuel and spark.

Hook up a fuel pressure gauge and check the pressure with the key on. You should be getting 60-66 psi and it should hold for 10 minutes at 55 psi.
Fuel System Diagnosis

If it passes the fuel pressure test then check for spark.
