What kind of PSI are you getting now?

hey man all i have right now is a mailorder tune from hellsbents10. thats all i have ever run on this truck. im getting tuning software soon. the tune was $150 and was a 3 or 4 day turn around

with tuning on meth @ 10psi im hoping for 350whp. redoing all the piping

and right now im only runn 8psi. its definatley faster from 60 to 100mph then on the old turbo @ 12psi.

the turbo needs a rebuild and has a little shaft play.

How's the low-end grunt on that puppy?

i have an exhaust leak @ the moment. so no low end @ all. build about 5psi in first and 8psi the rest of the gears. fixing the exhaust leak and wrapping the exhaust i will easily build all 8psi in first. will still build 2psi @ the line with the exhaust leak.

About what RPM does the turbo start spooling?

if it has an exhaust leak which it does its gonna be spooling much later then it would normally........

I'm just curious as to if this might be an alternate route to go for 4x4ing and such... It's a lot cheaper than a V8 swap

hey im new to this whole forom thing so i dnt realy no what 2 do but this questoin is for 02 vortech with the turbo blazer i also have an02 blazer extreme wondering if u have and good web sites to go to 4 performance parts 4 my blazer and also how much did u spend hookin ur turbo up and was how did u do it ?
