I have an Optima yellow top battery and it works great. I can have my blazer turned off and have my system running and my battery wont die for a long time.

They also have a lifetime warranty...Just remember, you get what you pay for, so don't scrimp on this one

Optimas bats are great bats. i dunno who said something bout a lifetime warranty, but mine only came with a 2 or 3 years warranty. but listen man, you dont need this stuff. if your current bat is dead/bad just get a nice diehard. and dont waste your money on a cap either. your running a pretty low wattage system. if your having problems with voltage drops, do the BIG 3.

BIG 3
go buy a few feet of 4 or 0awg wire + connectors
cut a piece that will go from your alternator's + bolt to your bat's + post, add connectors and tighten on
do the same but this time go from your bats - post to a ground anywhere on the car
and lastly do the same but go from a ground anywhere on the car to your engine block

This will dramatically help voltage drops and will allow your alt to recharge the bat quicker. If the problem still persists, get a high output alternator.
