From what I've read, The K&N inatke will not work with a throttle body spacer. But all what it does is just increase the speed of the air flow to the throttle body to help gain a few horses (not much). check out www.truckperformance.com or www.stylinconcepts.com and see what they have. 94Blaze 10-26-2004, 06:56 PM thanks guys....i hope i can find somethin cheap that will work good zero psi 10-29-2004, 02:49 PM i got one for pretty cheap on ebay for my 5.7l. i didn't really notice anything, but it may do more for a smaller motor 2001Blazer4x4 11-11-2004, 03:12 PM Has anyone tried the poweraid throttle body spacer?? 02 Vortech 01-05-2005, 09:59 PM yeah i have one on my 02 v6 and it really helped in the lower to mid torque range. I was pullin both wheel burn outs after i installed it, which i dont have a locker or lsd and i couldnt do a burn out before i put it in... O yeah also you get better MPG so its a good addition. |
