Just put in my new clear headlights, i have a 97 and its the one piece composite headlights, i need to aim my headlights about a foot higher, my stock ones hit about the height of a license plate on a van or suv, now its hitting the bumper, and barely.

When you put them in, you should have noticed where the adjusters are... Turn them to change the angle (both in/out and up/down) to aim them appropriately.
