I downloaded the full version of paint.NET and its a pretty good photoshop. Not as seamless as Adobe and some of the other ones, but its pretty good.

So far I have added a little to my avatar,

grafted my lights on Tyler's blazer:

Put Rabbit's rims on my Blazer just to see what it would look like:

I'm getting better at using it, so soon I'll be able to seamlessly put stuff where it doesn't belong!

*edit* Ha! this is my 2,222nd post! LOL

Not bad, just need to match whatever you're putting in with the existing picture. I'm no pro, but for instance the euro lights you put on Tyler's truck, they aren't as fuzzy (or more clear) than the rest of the picture. In my photoediting program it would be a matter of contrasting the lights to match or clearing up the existing picture to match. Rabbit's rims on yours looks pretty good, just need to blend the edges to flow into the tire. Overall very very good!

Thanks! Its a lot harder to do on paint.NET than it is on the Adobe program we have at school, but overall its a very good program!I had originally downloaded the demo, but I went ahead and got the full version because it was free too. Idk why... You just have to save everything as a.jpg rather than a .pdn because most photohosting sites will not recognize it.

Thanks man!

Just put a billet grille on Mom's envoy.... it looks pretty good. I still need more practice and learn a little more about the available tools.

If anyone has anything they want photoshopped, I can get some practice by doing it...

Looking good, I have played around with the paint.net a little, but nowhere near that good yet. Mainly I was using it for an updated signature, but never got around to posting it, since i am still having problems with the resolution.

hmmmm, your pics don't show for me. I down loaded paint.net before but never got the hang of it. If you want practice, I want to paint my car a two tone scheme.

Yeah I just hit my photobucket bandwidth...something I never thought I'd do!

Here is jharper's truck with rims. This one was really tricky because you never see pictures of rim at a striat-on angle.

Just see Photobucket bandwidth limit exceeded...

You guys with your 8Mb animated gif sig files may want to consider getting that thing down to 100kb or lower! You'll chew through your bandwidth in no time for sure with a sig image that large!

Euro, 235KB is the best I could do without making it flash back and forth like a two-bit carnival ride.

Don't worry about it. I'm using my other photobucket account as of now. Anyone whose signature I made that has the badwidth exceeded thing on it can PM me and I'll give you a new link to it!

I was talking more about keeping the size down for this forum. Ran into the same thing with JHarper's sig on GP Forum, had to cut it down to under 500KB from 5MB.

My comment wasn't directed at you specifically. If you can find a host to serve those file sizes thousands of times a day without a problem, go for it. But as Euro found out, it doesn't take long to eat up the free bandwidth available through photobucket. The displayed file size is everything when it comes to your bandwidth. That is why I won't display a full resolution image, but rather just show the automatic thumbnail image and link to the full res shot. Then when the page loads, it not only loads faster, but it doesn't chew into my bandwidth whenever someone visits the post again to just see who has replied. To attach a large signature image to each post is a surefire way to chewing through all of your alotted bandwidth in short order. As is hosting sig images for other people. Photobucket is free, just have everyone sign up for their own account to host their files...

I see wht you mean about chewing through it. I have it on the Chevrolet forum and the Blazer Forum and so far I've used up 28% on the new account. I'm switching to the smaller file...

Yeah. Its alright. Its like a tattoo... I can add to it when I want. I'm gonna put a little fin or wave at the front so it doesn't just look like a single stripe.

Looks pretty good, but the edges of the tires look kinda rough... You need to go lift if you ever do anything to the suspension
