Frickin - Just gotta get nominated. If you look at the split between 1st gens and 2nd gens here, I'm sure you will see why 2nd gens primarily get the spot light. It is kinda like the split between 2wd & 4wd (poll shows 81% 4wd...).

Some people might not have a gallery, but they can still be nominated for rotm. They will just have to provide a picture if they are chosen for the voting. If no picture is provided, they still enter the voting, but I don't see anyone getting many votes with no picture.
