View Full Version : any 2.8 horsepower upgrades? kpro89 02-03-2008, 06:53 PM i have an 89 s10 with a 2.8 and i was wondering if there are any available parts to get performance out of these engines? i know i would be better off with a 4.3 or a v8 but this blazer has some sentimental value and it is a rebuilt engine with only like 10 thousand miles on itsoi don't really want to swap motors. 2002XTREME 02-03-2008, 07:12 PM try for a cool air intake! The bell housing bolt pattern is different due to the narrower engine requiring the transmission to be changed if you are going to a 90* V engine. kpro89 02-09-2008, 08:00 AM makes sence but wouldn't you just need a new bellhousing and input shaft? |
