Blazers.B.Kewl 11-10-2008, 09:24 PM Ok so Im thinking of painting my rim different colors but im not sure what it will look like when im done. I would like to try a couple different schemes and then see what people think of them. So heres the rim

(sorry, I can't figure out how to put in the post and yes I read the tutorial and i still don't get it)
I would like to see it be colored gloss black with the small black triangles colored silver and the lug holes and the 4X4 symbol bright red
Also all black with the triangles, 4X4, and lug holes red
And the same as last one with silver instead of red.
Thanks a lot whoever feels like doing this! It really will help me out!
mdehoogh 11-10-2008, 10:53 PM Some of the edges where I changed colors are kinda rough but it was a quick edit and you still get the idea. Let me know if you want any different colors

TripleBlackBlazer 11-10-2008, 11:26 PM You and your animated GIFs. I like this setup:

Maybe chrome lugs instead of covers, too.
NVANZEE 11-11-2008, 06:39 AM i think the red triangles, lugs, and lettering would look good on your red truck. imo
Blazers.B.Kewl 11-11-2008, 09:02 AM Awesome work! I forgot to ask if you could mount them on my truck, oops. My fault, here's the truck ( a couple different pics, i dont know which ones are easier)

And what I meant by lug holes were the actual holes in the wheel where the lugs go. But I can see that pretty hard to do if you don't want to. The lugs give a pretty good idea as to the color scheme. and yes I would have probably looked at getting different colored lugs too. But great work guys! Thanks!
Tripleblackblazer, that looks good too. I had thought about making that center a different color but i wasnt sure Put it on my truck and we'll see how good they would really look!
vin791 11-11-2008, 05:22 PM i agree with the black/ red scheme. dead sexy
Blazers.B.Kewl 11-12-2008, 08:55 PM Could someone put the rims onto my truck please? pics of truck in previous post. Thanks a lot!
mysons95 11-13-2008, 05:27 AM hahaha, oops, you probably should have asked that in the first place. lol, before they went to all that work. lol
Blazers.B.Kewl 11-13-2008, 03:30 PM ya i know, now i feel dumb...[:@] But i'm still hoping someone will have a bunch of spare time for it. There's always hope right?
mysons95 11-13-2008, 06:48 PM Here is what I came up with. It's not exactly what you wanted, but should get you close.

Blazers.B.Kewl 11-13-2008, 07:16 PM That's good enough for me! I'd say awesome job actually! Thanks! I'm not sure i like the looks of it tho. Anyone else have an opinion?
I should probably learn to photoshop so I don't have to keep asking you guys to do it... haha but good job mysons95
mysons95 11-13-2008, 07:32 PM Glad to help. I think it matches your truck nicely, but I'm not really liking the look. It actually looks more stock than custom. Maybe it's just too much.
mysons95 11-13-2008, 07:58 PM Here is my preference, but it's just my opinion. Like this. With glossy paint.

Blazers.B.Kewl 11-13-2008, 07:59 PM Yeah, I was thinking along the same lines. Like it's more ghetto than nicely done even. It's not very appealing, but it certainly does match. I think it takes too much attention away from the wheels which exactly opposite what I wanted. It just blends too much.
How hard is it to put those onto the picture? if you don't mind my asking? Do you think you could put on the black and silver combo? or the black/silver/w/ red lugs and lettering? whichever you think would go nicely. I'm not sure myself.
