Can someone explain how the door panels are removed from a 96' 4dr blazer? got a blown speaker and trying to just replace it. thanks

Good info in those posts, but I'll also add that you should go to the parts store and tell them what you are doing when you buy the door panel removal tool. Tell them that you're also going to need some replacement retainers before you start. I replace them all when I have to remove the door panel, but the least little squeak drives me NUTS, and it's almost assured you will break or damage a few of those cheap plastic retainers beyond being able to re-use them. A pack of 10 of them is cheap (cheap cheap) so it's worth the money to pick them up to begin with.
