This is what I have in the truck:
- Kenwood eXcelon KDC X991 Radio w/Ipod dock in the glove box
- JL Audio TR650-CXI's in the doors
- JL Audio TR400-CXI in the dash
- 2-10" JL Audio w3v3's
- JL Audio Slash 500/1 mono amp
- JL Audio Slash 300/4 for speakers
- 2 farad cap

I'm currently working on a custom box that will be wrapped in leather with a wood grain insert to match the interior. It will go from one end to the other.

Here's A sketch

And a setup that looks pritty close to what I am doing minus the amps.

Very nice!

Do you think this would be better in the "Builds" section? Just asking.

Very nice! I've seen a few bravada's around where I live but they're '92 or '93 models I believe.

It was just a suggestion. If you do more work to it, you can keep this thread updated.

Well It took a little longer then I thought, but the enclosure is finally done. I ended up going with a gloss black acrylic insert instead of the wood grain. Couldnt find a wood grain vinyl that would match right. So what you guys think?

good job on the box, it looks very clean. it's a lot nicer than one of those "off the shelf" things. how does it sound?

They look nice!

You may have some difficulty getting them to work though. The brake lights and turn signals are one in the same on the US spec blazers.

Nice lights, post what you find on the hook up, I have a set coming in this week and never gave it a thought about the same issue your looking at.

You may have some difficulty getting them to work though. The brake lights and turn signals are one in the same on the US spec blazers.

I took a look at the wiring and from what it shows in the schmatics the wire that controls the turn signals for the rear are controled from two wires (yellow wire drivers side and Dark Green for passenger side) That start at the turn signal switch all they way to the rear lights. It also looks like the brake lights are wired apart from the turn signal (Brown Wire). It looks like they both just tie in at the bulb. So what im going to try and do is cut the turn signal wire which is the yellow wire on each side and see if it disables them but still allows the brake/park lights to work. If it does work then I can just wire the fourth bulb for the turn signal there. I read on s10forum about someone doing this for the s10 euro tails.
