check out lmc truck for the extreme side skirts, i know the regular cab short box s-10's have a 108" wheel base and a 4dr blazer is 107" so if you can find side shirts for an s-10 they might not be to difficult to mod in order to fit them on ur blazer.

how did you lower your Blazer with 4WD? Did you use a kit?
I'm in the process of tricking my 97 4D 4WD Blazer and I havent been able to find a lowering kit or the style of your front bumper. Can you help me out?

to lower your 4wd blazer in the front just back out your tbar bolts and then add blocks or new leaf springs in the rear. the bumper/valance in the pic is off an extreme model so youll have to check out ebay, LMC, or the dealer to find one. if you dont know how to back out your tbars look in the DIY section and youll find a thread showing you how to crank your tbars to gain lift and youll just have to turn the bolts the opposite way to lower.

Different rims and non-chrome bumper and you're set (after you get the X sideskirts of course).

I used the Belltech drop kit, 4 nitro drop shocks, torsion keys and blocks for rear. 3" all around. I got it off stylintrucks.com and shocks off jegs.com The X air dam is OEM off ebay so keep lookn on there.
Im thinking of painting the wheels all black.. should I do gloss or flat black?? Or should I leave them chrome? I had some OEM 18/19 c6 vette wheels on it but tires were too small, very nice tho.

Normally I say black, but on that truck the chrome grill and wheels just rock! Leave 'em, unless you want them black, its up to you.

i like it, the x front air dam though, im guessing the chrome was not a part of the conversion. if it is part of the stock bumper did it not have an ugly plastic moulding on top? if so how did you remove this? ive got one on mine and ive been toying with removing it but havent figured it out yet

This is actually similar to what I want to do with a Blazer. Nice work.

Very nice work, but not my style. I can't stand running boards on the Blazers. Makes it look like grampa's truck IMO lol.
But this one is very tastefully done, and it does suit the overall look of the truck. Nice job. More pics are always nice :)

Well you won't be seeing much more of this one lol. It's either wrecked or sold, I can't remember which. Pretty sure it's gone though.

LOL..my bad man. I could have sworn I saw somewhere this Blazer was dead. Guess not though :)
Good job on removing the running boards. The ruin Blazers IMO. Makes it looks like grampa's ride.

Very nice! Looks soooo much better without those fugly running boards. You need to undercoat or paint that frame though. It sticks out like a sore thumb :)

I like it better in the first picture with the 20's and the running boards. It looked all tricked out and ready for the shows.

Thaks guys
Nj4x4blze,
ya I'm looking to get a set of 18 c6 vette wheels for it sometime next year.
The 16s look a lil too small.
I also want to paint my valance the same color.
For the interior evrythings already flat black except for the rug and headliner (too cold to finsh now)
I had some 01 Firebird leather seats in but I didn't like the leather feel of the seats.
Maybe some rsx cloth seats would be good but they're kinda hard to find.

ya man truck looks alot better with out them running boards those 16s look small man to much gap in between the fenders and wheel for my liking but its what ever.

yupp
4x4 works fine
im thinking of putting back to stock height
ride quality js goes bak to crap after some time
wen shocks are a couple months new its good but after that its crap
im thinkn of putting some 31s or 32s with black wheels see how that is!
