EXCEPT for those who have been come on board after April 1st OR those who have not matched the minimum requirement of 5 posts each in April & May. Soooooo.. The activity and time requirements have been around for a very long time (around a year before the forum problem last year). Just recently it was mentioned to exclude all nominees from the previous month that made it to the voting. This would effectively bring some new faces into the mix.
