What's the plan with the scoop? Whatever you do it had better be functional.

Nice steering wheel.

I hope you're not leaving that amp flop around loosely, if so you'd better be planning on buying a new one.

oh... clean up time?
Or did you just buy this truck and havn't done anything to it yet? If so it's not your fault.

Have fun with this one man.

Flat black FTW!! I LOVE flat black vehicles...

And looks like a great project. I hope to have a 1st gen or K5 someday that I can tinker with. Can't wait to see this one transform, just needs a little cleanin up and paint.

Interesting... Vortec? What year is this truck again? I'm thinking I smell an engine transplant (correct me if I'm wrong but didn't they only start with the vortec's later on in the 90's?).

HIT A HORSE! LMAO!
ya... I guess that'd take a headlight and gill out eh?

ask around about lowering it since it's a 4x4... I don't know if you'll have issues or not... I'm not imagining it right? it is a 4x4?

All 4.3L engines use the vortec head design. It was not until the introduction of the CPI motor in 92 that it became a marketing term for the s-series. This truck is a 92 although I did have to look back through his old posts to figure that out... That info in a signature would be nice...
