By the way....coupe i like that hood man makes it look mean....but the headlights kill the look....maybe u should do some kind of a conversion on that front end.....and uhh does that hood come in my color? haha

Thanks hanr, I got the hood from Goodmark Industries, It's an Officially licensed G.M. restoration part 1-piece steel.

Yea I kind of feel the same about the chrome, I was gonna get the paintable grille and paint it body color and put the red/black bowtie in it, now I kind of wish I did.

I thought I had a real score yesterday. Some guy told me he had a whole bunch of parts for my truck, like a hard top in excellent condition, spare doors, tailgate etc...
I went to look at the parts and they were for the wrong year and all rusted...bummer!
I've been restoring the truck for 6 years now, but I'm looking for a black dash. The one I have is brown.

I got a couple questions if anybody knows the answers: When will my blazer be eligible for ROTM? I joined this month, does that mean November or December since I joined more toward the end of the month?

2 months from when u signed up so uh........................

Yes, you must be a member for 2 months before you are eligible for nomination. Since we nominate and vote in say November for the December ROTM, you cannot be nominated until December for the Jan'07 ROTM.

I am going to be revising the rules to lay this out a little better so as not to have any more confusion on the issue.

Allright that clears it up pretty good for me. Hey anybody think I'm worthy of nomination for Jan. '07 ROTM? I'd appreciate your nomination when the time comes around *hint,hint* !!!

If you stick around, I'd say it's totally worthy.
