I have a 92 T-10 Z 4x4 2 door. Its stock height, I went to order a new set of grabber AT2's and got a 2.5 month backorder notice. I want a 30x9.5R15 but will settle for 235/75/15' in an A/T around 80 bucks a tire. I am keeping BFG A/T's at the back of the bus, I dont like BFG's but will use them if a last resort.

I am losing 10psi of air every two days because the old general grabbers are dry rotted and a little low on tread height, I appreciate the ideas and recommendations.

$$$$$ too much for me right now, needs a front end rebuild before winter too, figure 400 in tires is plenty to spend.

Ive seen off brands but I dont know if they are any good, like justtires.com for example

Check out the Dunlop Radial Mud Rover or the Kumho Road Venture MT. . . . seem to be decent tires, and theyre in your price range.......

THANK YOU, I forgot all about coopers, my neighbor had/has them on his 1500 but he has moved to kentucky and cant get the review I wanted from him, thanks for the reminder I knew I was forgetting a good brand.

As far as dunlops I only find them in 235/75 not 30x9.5 its only an inch of tire height and a 1/4 tread width I am not ruling out 235's but wanted a taller sidewall like the 30x9.5 , Ok thanks for the ideas so far, keep em coming please, Im comparing and finding more out there then the few that I know. I come from slicks and skinnies, so I dont know much about A/T's and M/T's.

id recomend the cooper s/t low road noise and good offraod

jokohoma tires suck. they wear quick because you can never get any tracting. Wet, dry, snow, ice, dirt, mud they alway spin. you said 400 on tires was plenty. Spend an extra 50 and get a good set of tires.

I had a set of S305's years ago, they outlasted any other tire that had been on that car. If i spend an extra 50 that gives me the option of BFG and BFG, BFG sucks. The contact patch on those is less then a doughnut from a toyota tercel.
